What we do in these cities
Every city on the list gets the same services at the same prices: sweeps and inspections, crown and masonry repair, caps and chase covers, liners, and complete rebuilds for chimneys that are past patching.
Most of what we see across these suburbs is brick, and the same problems keep coming back. Freeze and thaw cracks the crowns, water washes the mortar out of the top courses, and storms take caps off. Catching those early keeps a repair small.
Close to the boundary?
City lines and our boundary don't always match up, especially in Detroit, Dearborn and Warren. Call with your street address and we'll tell you right away whether we can come out.
